Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Rapid Growth collects, why, and what you can do about it. It’s written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What I collect

When you fill in a form or book a call: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and whatever you tell me about your business — monthly ad spend, revenue band, and what’s blocking you. You give this directly.

When you visit the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring source, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

Session recordings: Microsoft Clarity records anonymised sessions on this site — mouse movement, clicks and scrolling — to show how pages are actually used. It does not capture passwords or payment details.

Why I collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and run the diagnostic call
• To assess whether your business is a fit before either of us spends money
• To measure which ads and pages produce enquiries
• To improve how the site works
• To meet legal and tax obligations

I do not sell your data. I do not share it with other advertisers. I do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Who processes it with me

Running this site means using third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — advertising, the Meta Pixel, and lead forms
• Google — Tag Manager, Google Ads, Calendar and Meet
• Microsoft Clarity — session analytics
• Calendly — scheduling
• Privyr — the CRM where enquiries are stored
• QUIC.cloud — content delivery and caching
• My hosting provider, for server logs

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies for analytics and advertising, including the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager. These let me see which ads produce enquiries and show relevant ads to people who have visited.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Meta’s ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and opt out of Google’s at adssettings.google.com. Blocking cookies will not stop you using this site.

How long I keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement runs, plus the period required by Indian tax law. Analytics data follows each provider’s own retention period.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• Ask what personal data I hold about you
• Ask me to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
• Ask me to delete it
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot
• Raise a grievance, and escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied

Email info@rapidgrowth.in and I’ll respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent doesn’t undo processing that already happened lawfully.

Security and breaches

Access to enquiry data is limited to me. Third-party services are accessed through accounts protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data you will be notified, along with the Data Protection Board, as required by law.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. I don’t knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and anyone whose data I hold will be told.
